RETURNING OR EXCHANGING ITEMS

If you wish to return an item for any reason please notify us of your intent in writing within 7 working days of receiving goods (info@equipsupply.co.uk). A full refund (minus postage/delivery costs) will be given within 30 days of receiving written notification, provided that goods are in full re-saleable condition. Returns should be made within 30 days of receipt and should be in their original packaging. Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee and/or administration charge.
