Delivery Guide

Dates: Products ordered from Equipsupply Ltd. will typically be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of payment. An estimated delivery date will be stated clearly on a dispatch confirmation email that will be sent to all customers prior to delivery. Since all our products are subject to standard delivery, customers can expect to receive them within 3-5 business days after dispatch. If you do not receive ordered items with 10 days of dispatch order confirmation you should let us know in writing.

Delivery periods and dates are given in good faith and are not part of any warranty or condition.  Equipsupply Ltd will however strive to meet delivery dates as given on the dispatch confirmation notice or at the very least within 30 days of dispatch confirmation (as required in Distance Selling Regulations 2000). All products are subject to availability and any dates specified by the Company are intended to be an estimate.

Costs: All our products are subject to standard delivery and as such will not result in the customer incurring any additional shipping costs. Arrangements can however be made for customers to receive their items by express deliver. Customers will be informed of additional costs from such arrangements.

Non-acceptance of Delivery: If for any reason the Buyer will not accept delivery of any goods when they are ready, or the company is unable to deliver the Goods on time because the Buyer has not provided appropriate instructions, documents, licences or authorisations, the goods will be deemed to have been delivered and the company may store the goods until delivery whereupon the buyer will be liable for all related costs and expenses (including without limitation, storage and insurance).
